We are shaping the itinerary for Santana Trophy 2024. Although the final description for each stage won't be available until a few weeks before the raid, this could be an example of how the stages are planned:

Prices and types of inscription
Prices per team (TWO people + car)

2.730€ (taxes inc.) for early inscriptions BEFORE 1st December 2024.

2.900€ (taxes inc.) for standard inscriptions AFTER 1st December 2021.

2.600€ (taxes inc.) for team registrations consisting of PARENTS/CHILDREN (16/28 years old). BEFORE 1st December 2024. (This discount is not valid for assistance vehicles.)
820€ for extra passenger.

What does the inscription to the race cover?

What advantages does the advanced sign up offer?
The main advantage is that you assure your team a place in Santana Trophy. You will also receive your race number before anyone else, which will be very useful for presenting a solid project to possible sponsors.
The teams that sign up themselves in advantage can access from the very first moment to the Official Communications zone of the web to prepare the race: Mechanical utilities, must-have documentation and equipment, map navigation, compass and roadbook among other things.

The payment can be made in two stages. The first must have a minimal value of 500€ to reserve a place.

Fill in the online sign-up sheet. Before pressing send, please verify that all the information is correct, especially your contact information.

Transfer the first stage of the payment (500€), using one of the participant’s name as the concept for the bank transfer.

Send us the proof for the bank transfer to info@santanatrophy.com. This is a requirement to validate the inscription.
Once all of this is done, the team will receive a confirmation email on their sign-up, place reservation and race number.
Cancellation Policy
If a team cancel their participation for any reason, they must communicate it before closing the entries by mail. Refund will be made with a management fee of 50%

For a cancellation within two months before the event no refund can be made.
